Michelle is a qualified Chartered Accountant with over 18 years experience working in Practice; including 9 years at Big Four firm Deloitte working in Audit and Corporate Finance and 7 years at a local practice working across all areas to include: Accounts Preparation, Personal and Company Tax, VAT, Payroll, Taxation Advice, Independent Examination and Charity Accounts.
Having formed her own company in January 2017 Michelle can relate to small business owners and believes clients should be left to deal with what they do best (running their business) whilst she deals with the rest (such as HMRC and Companies House).
As a busy Mum of three Michelle also understands that work isn’t always Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm so is happy to offer meetings in the evenings or on Saturdays to fit around work and family life.
As a Treasurer and Trustee of a local charity Michelle also has a good understanding of how charities operate.
Kerry joined Kings Accountancy in May 2017 to assist with admin, bookkeeping and payrolls on a part time basis to work around her two children.
Prior to this Kerry has worked in various offices to include a local accountantancy practice, garage and financial advisors as a receptionist and administrator. During this time she has been able to expand her skills and experience after gaining her Business Admin qualifications up to level 3.
Kerry is usually in the office every morning from 9:15am to 11:15am (except Wednesdays and weekends) so available for clients to drop off and pick up records as and when required.
Sarah gained a great level of knowledge and experience whilst working in an accountancy and chartered tax advisor practice within Brighton and Hove, East Sussex. Focusing on Accounts, Tax Return preparation and VAT returns, she also obtained the AAT qualification during her 7 years there.
Sarah has also spent several years working within businesses as a company bookkeeper, one of which was a large IT solutions company that had multi currency transactions.
With her husband and young family they decided to relocate to Gloucestershire for a more relaxed pace of life and better environment to raise their children. Sarah is now able to return to the career she loves.
Rhona is a Fellow Member of the Association of Accounting Technicians and has over 25 years of practice experience dealing with Accounts Preparation, Personal and Corporation Tax, VAT, Payroll for sole traders, partnerships and Limited Companies, along with Charity Accounts and Audits.
Rhona is used to using Sage, Xero, Quickbooks and KashFlow for bookkeeping and accounts production so would be happy to help with your bookkeeping queries.
In her spare time, Rhona loves to be outside, she enjoys walking, is a keen novice runner and spending time with her husband visiting different parts of the country in their campervan.
Our New Office
We are in the process of relocating our office to Cantilupe road in Ross on Wye, but for now we still operate from our current address. You can find this on the bottom of our contact page.
As you drive down Walford Road from Ross on Wye town centre towards Walford you will find us 2 houses after the Tudorville Post Office / Mace shop on the left hand side, just before the traffic lights…if you pass the outdoor gym you have gone too far!
