We prepare and submit payroll for over 30 clients, either as part of an overall package of services or just payroll on its own. As part of this service we can either email payslips to the client to be passed on to employees or direct to the employees themselves, whatever works best for you.
We will make all Real Time Information (RTI) submissions to HMRC including the Full Payment Submission every time you pay employees and an Employer Payment Summary to advise HMRC of things like employment allowance claimed, maternity pay and CIS suffered at source. We will also ensure you are advised of any PAYE payment due to HMRC, how you can pay this and the appropriate reference to use.
Kings Accountancy can deal with all aspects of automatic enrolment to include assessing the workforce, submitting the declaration to the Pensions Regulator, setting up a pension scheme and uploading the pension contributions to your pension provider each time the payroll is run.
We will also deal with any correspondence from HMRC such as tax code changes or notifications of late payment of PAYE and prepare and submit any other forms required such as P11Ds, P45s and P60s.
For any clients who are contractors under the Construction Industry Scheme (CIS) we can prepare and email payslips for subcontractors and prepare and submit the monthly CIS return to HMRC before the deadline of the 19th of each month, ensuring you don’t get the dreaded £100 penalty for late filing of a CIS return! At the end of the tax year we can provide detailed summaries to be passed onto your subcontractors to assist them with preparing their own tax returns.
